1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the ph178 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. ph178 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ph178 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph178 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph178 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with ph178's KYC procedures, including providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph178 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayM aya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. ph178 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must match the account holder's verified identity.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. ph178 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during support hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 MN PHT). Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are generally completed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PHT. ph178 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ph178 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph178 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

ph178 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, ph178 may report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph178 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.2 Game Malfunctions

6.3 Disputed Results

6.4 Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Conduct

ph178's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph178 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph178 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph178 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond its reasonable control.

10.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph178 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by ph178

Upon receipt of your closure request, ph178 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations on active bonuses.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
